How do I make sure the work is being done right?
Before any job is taken on, the process is thoroughly documented. From this documentation, a contract with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is drawn up. Work is done precisely to specification. Once the process goes “live,” our account manager works with your relationship manager to develop the appropriate performance metrics and performance reports to ensure the job is done and done right.
