Quarterly Performance Challenge (QPC)
We take meeting our clients’ needs and objectives seriously. That’s why we meet with you every quarter to show you how we performed against specifications and service level agreements. But at TFane meeting existing requirements isn’t enough. As a Six Sigma driven company, we are compelled to ask the question, “What have we done for you lately?” Our answer to this question is the Quarterly Performance Challenge or QPC. In the QPC, we sit down with you quarterly to set new objectives that will take our performance to the next level. Then, at the end of the quarter, we demonstrate how we have met these goals, with detailed metrics – and we set new ones. The process is endless. Your benefit: continuous performance improvement.
